This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data of users (hereinafter “User” or “Users”) collected through the use of the website https://ondiser.pt/ (hereinafter “Website”), operated by Ondiser – Serviços técnicos e projetos Lda (hereinafter “Ondiser”).
Ondiser guarantees full respect for the privacy of its Users and full compliance with the legal obligations arising from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation EU 2016/679) and applicable national legislation (Law No. 58/2019 of August 8).
1. Categories of Personal Data Collected and Purposes
The Ondiser Website was designed under the principle of data minimization, collecting only what is strictly necessary to respond to Users’ requests. Data is collected through the following means:
A. Contact Forms and Quote Requests
- Data collected: Name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any data freely provided in the message field.
- Purpose: To respond to requests for information, answer queries, schedule appointments, or provide quotes and proposals for technical services requested by the User.
- Legal Basis: Pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) or Ondiser’s Legitimate Interest in properly responding to submitted requests (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
B. Browsing and Connectivity Data
- Data collected: IP address, approximate geolocation data, and technical metadata strictly necessary to load the interactive Google Maps embedded on the Website.
- Purpose: To enable the proper visualization of and interaction with the headquarters location map.
- Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest in optimizing user experience, accessibility, and facilitating the location of company headquarters (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
2. Data Retention Period
Personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:
- Contact Form Data: If the contact does not result in a contract for technical services, the data will be deleted or anonymized within a maximum period of 12 (twelve) months following the last interaction. If a commercial relationship is established, the data will be integrated into the client database and retained in compliance with applicable legal, contractual, and tax obligations in Portugal (generally 10 years).
3. Data Recipients and International Transfers
Ondiser commits not to sell, rent, or share Users’ personal data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. However, personal data may be shared with the following service providers, strictly under our instructions:
- Website Hosting: Webserver.pt (team.blue Group). The web server is located within the European Union (France), ensuring that storage fully complies with European security and data protection standards.
4. Data Subject Rights
Under the GDPR, Users hold the following fundamental rights regarding their personal data:
- Right of Access: Confirm whether their data is being processed and obtain a copy of it.
- Right to Rectification: Request the correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data.
- Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): Request the deletion of their data when it is no longer necessary for the initial purposes.
- Right to Restriction of Processing: Request the temporary suspension of processing under specific legal conditions.
- Right to Object: Object to the processing of data based on legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these rights, the User must submit a written request to the email: geral@ondiser.pt. Ondiser will respond to all requests within a maximum period of 30 days.
The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority in Portugal:

5. Data Security
The Ondiser Website uses the HTTPS / SSL security protocol, ensuring that all information transmitted between the User’s device and our server is encrypted. We implement appropriate technical, organizational, and security measures to protect collected data against accidental destruction, loss, or unauthorized access.
