Under new management and following its integration into the iPOWER Group, ONDISER strengthens its technical and operational capabilities, building on more than three decades of experience in protecting critical operations.

Paulo Sempiterno and Alexandre Mestre take over the management of ONDISER, continuing the company’s journey while strengthening its technical specialisation, close customer relationships and responsiveness.

Following Riello UPS’s acquisition of CONVEREX, ONDISER begins representing the brand in Portugal. This marks the start of a strong partnership that expands its range of solutions for critical power environments.

ONDISER strengthens its connection to the European power systems market by signing a representation agreement with CONVEREX, an Italian UPS manufacturer.

With Paulo Sempiterno joining the company, ONDISER entered a period of growth and consolidation, beginning work with organisations such as Banco BCP, SIBS, CELB and BIOTEK.

ONDISER was founded in April 1994 by five professionals with experience in power systems, initially focusing on UPS and battery maintenance.
